REMOTE CONTROL SOLUTIONS
As reported by one top US marketer, it is estimated that up to 80% of their on-site
service calls for equipment outages simply required a common power cycle to bring their
equipment back online. With the ability to remotely control and power cycle fuel system
and convenience store assets, marketers can not only reduce their amount of expensive
maintenance trip charges, they can also avoid the immeasurable costs associated with
extended downtime of these assets critical to their daily operation.
POWER INTEGRITY™
REMOTE CONTROL SOLUTION
The Power Integrity™ Remote Control Solution (RCS) provides
remote power status monitoring, E-stop, and power cycling control
for key assets within the fuel system and convenience store.
Leveraging the power of the EVO™ Series Automatic Tank
Gauge (ATG), the RCS creates an integrated network
between system components including circuit breakers,
dispensers, pumps, POS systems, HVAC systems, price
signage, kitchen equipment, coolers, and more. Through
this network, marketers gain the ability to monitor equipment
status for outages, engage E-stops, and initiate power
cycling sequences from a centralized remote location.
REMOTE POWER CYCLE
NOTIFICATIONS
Through the FFS PRO® Connect web interface,
marketers can remotely power cycle their equipment
with intelligence. The pre-programmed sequencing
capability allows devices to be brought back online in
a specified cadence which is often required to
complete the power cycling of integrated system
components communicating with one another.
Detect and react to e-stop activations, power
outages, and equipment failures sooner with
automated notifications. The RCS can be programed
to generate user-defined email notifications and
deliver custom reports on fuel system and convenience
store system events, allowing marketers to control
how and when they are alerted.
REMOTE E-STOP CONTROL
MITIGATE DOWNTIME
The RCS facilitates the monitoring of E-Stop
devices to provide remote visibility of system
outages. Marketers gain the ability to remotely
initiate an E-stop in the event of an emergency
or weather-related evacuation.
The RCS helps marketers reduce operational
expenses and service costs by helping bring systems
back online faster. A common power outage can
take a station offline for up to three hours or more
just to get a technician on site to bring systems back
online. Eliminate the downtime of waiting for a service
technician to arrive.
