in visceral reality, expanded her perspective beyond the visible realm.
This extreme experience had strengthened her wellspring of life. Consequently, she would embrace the world, free of its greatest illusion, in all its
complex identity.
The act of creation brings about a kind of transcendence of the self.
Through tirelessly refining her motifs, Fabienne Verdier strives to achieve
a state of harmony that extends beyond her personal vulnerability. The
path she follows, disregarding transient influences, seeks profound truths
in the hidden depths. For a long time, it was believed that works of art
had magical powers, as if returned from parallel realms imbued with a
universal remedy. Yet, there is nothing occult or supernatural about what
art communicates. The spirituality that animates it is shaped by human
experience. The issue at stake is no secret: to find peace in the midst of
chaos. Creation does not eradicate adversity, it transforms our fraught relationship with it, affirming that we are the fruit of what we fear. Fabienne
Verdier’s painting soothes tensions by presenting them openly. Suddenly,
all fractures dissolve. A sense of unity, hitherto lost, resurfaces. A pleasant
warmth in the belly brightens our spirit. We are not separate entities; we
are connected by our very being.
