Established in 1997 as The Country Courier, The Northern Midlands Courier is a very
well-supported and loved newspaper across the communities and townships of the
Northern Midlands region, and Font’s most recent acquisition.
Helmed by veteran journalist and ex-Examiner chief of staff Alison Andrews, the Courier
distributes fortnightly to major hub towns (Campbell Town, Longford, Perth & Ross) as
well as a dedicated subscriber base across the rolling hills in between.
In an area famed for its livestock and wool production, the Courier also incoporates a
specialised regional section in NM Country, successfully servicing both small-town consumers as well as the wider agricultural industry.
