Mega Flow Butterfly Fans
The Mega Flow Butterfly External Damper Fans (Mega Flow
ED) have been re-engineered for improved air flow and
greater efficiency. These fans are easy to install, require little
maintenance and include many new features designed to
save you time and money.
New Features Include:
• Front shutter doors for protection from harsh weather conditions while
the fan is not in use
• Arched side cone panels which allow the fans to be mounted closer
together on field installation
• Large pulleys allow for longer belt life and smooth operation. Automatic belt tensioner ensures proper belt tension.
• Strong ring weldment with rod and V-channel vertical
• Air diverters for improved air flow
• Revised baffle-spring attachments
• Neoprene baffle hinge for smooth and consistent operation
• Large, high-quality cast-iron greasable pillow block bearings are used
for longer life
• Totally enclosed air over energy-efficient motors
• Bell or cage inlet options
• 4-piece galvanized cone for ease of installation
