Elizabeth Wheat
Originally from Marshall, Michigan, Elizabeth Wheat now lives in Green Bay and
is an Associate Professor of Public and Environmental Affairs at the University of
Wisconsin-Green Bay. She also runs the Etsy shop Macandcheesepoof with her mom.
She is the proud cat mama to two rescue boys and dog mama of three spoiled rotten
pups, including her super senior dog Jovi who recently celebrated her 17th birthday!
Elizabeth has been volunteering with the Humane Society for over a decade, adopting
several of her shelter friends, and enjoyed this art opportunity to try something new.
