“I’ve always loved to draw, but have gotten away from it. While I minored in art in
undergrad, I pursued the sciences and have been a practicing veterinarian for 20
years. I served on the board of the Humane Society for many years and adopted my
dog Caruso through the shelter. While I now live in the UP, I still enjoy supporting
HSSCM. I had fun drawing this picture of Charlie with ebony pencil and some
prismacolor for his collar.”
