1.10.1 Erosion Structure on visible Plastic Surfaces
All visible surfaces of plastic parts have an eroded structure according to VDI 3400.
Ejectors may not be placed on visible surfaces if not indicated
otherwise.
This is a Ra value of approximately 6.3.

Drawings created at FATH usually provide no surface specifications. Manufacturers are
intended to be “as free as possible” in manufacturing as far as all dimensions are correct.
In case surface specifications are made on the drawing these are related to DIN ISO 1302.
If not indicated otherwise, surface specifications refer to the Ra-value.
