LEVELING FEET – THE MODULAR SYSTEM

Your made-to-measure leveling foot
Creating your own leveling foot is easy: choose a base, decide whether you want an anti-slip plate or not, add a threaded rod
and your made-to-measure leveling foot is ready.
With pleasure we deliver your made-to-measure leveling feet fully assembled.
Load Bearing Tests
FATH levelling feet, hinges and threaded bushes were tested for mechanical load.
The following test procedures were applied:
Levelling Feet
Vertical load of the threaded rod over an industry standard nut. After an initial load of approx. 1,500N, the vertical load (perpendicular) was increased slowly and steadily to the load that made the complete unit cave in approx. 1.5 ±0.5mm. The tests
were performed on 3 samples each. The bases were put on steel plates. No horizontal force was induced.
Threaded Bushes
Vertical load of the threaded bush and the threaded insert until breaking. The tests were performed on 3 samples each.
Please note that influences from dynamic loads, temperatures, modifications etc. were not taken into account in the above
mentioned tests. These influences should be taken into account in the practical application of the products and therefore one
should take the load bearing capacities indicated in the catalog as a guideline only and own tests under practical application
conditions should not be eliminated.
