Gullett and Sons Limited is a building contractor and developer working in the northwestern home
counties and greater London, operating from our offices and yard in Chesham
Established family business since 1923
From its earliest days, Gullett and Sons has been involved
with challenging projects requiring special attention
to detail, including listed ecclesiastical and domestic
buildings in need of essential repairs, renovation and
building works. We tailor the team and supply chain
carefully to each site with people who are dependable,
skilled and knowledgeable, using both traditional and
modern methods of construction. For example, our
bricklayers are proficient in the use of lime mortars, taking
care in matching colour, texture and pointing style to the
existing construction.

focussed way, based on a long tradition of Christian faith,
demonstrated in our attitude to work and how we engage

heritage work, finding innovative ways of integrating new
technologies with old fabric. This is a delicate art of
understanding the vision and needs of the client, fulfilling
planning requirements and meeting building regulation
and sustainability standards.
Alongside the historic building work, our team builds one
off luxury homes and small commercial units, giving us a
breadth of experience across construction techniques and
disciplines.
Recent projects include refurbishment of grade II listed
residential buildings in Chenies and Hampstead, and
Trinity Baptist Church in Chesham, not far from where
Gullett and Sons is based.
