Partner Snapshot
We9ve been working closely with the CDC9s National Center for
Injury Prevention and Control to improve public health
communications at the intersection of health equity and injury
prevention. Most of our partnership has been focused on
adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and suicide prevention.
We also advised on the framing of new data on racial disparities
in deaths due to drowning. The graphic above is one example of
how good framing can help shift the focus away from only
showing data about health disparities and instead explaining the
role of environments when it comes to public health solutions.
