Ever-care is pleased to offer a Limited Life me Warranty on all products manufactured
against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product to the original purchaser. This warranty does not apply to damage resul ng from misuse, abuse, negligence
storage, improper cleaning, stains, accidents, or damage to goods which occur during transit.
Ever-care’s obliga on under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing, at its op on,
any defec ve furniture. Any product returned to the factory for repair must be authorized by
a factory representa ve prior to return.
Fabric, Crypton, Vinyl & Leather—One (1) Year: Upholstery fabrics are warranted by the
original manufacturer against defec ve material or workmanship for a period of one year.
Fabric damage or failure due to chemical treatment or improper cleaning voids the warranty.
Warranty for COM fabrics is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Seat Cushion Cores—Ten (10) Years : Cushion cores are warranted by the original manufacturer against loss of resiliency. This loss of resiliency should not be confused with a slight
so ening of the polyester fiber and foam that will occur as a result of normal aging.
Fully Upholstered Products—Frames and Springs—Life me Made of kiln dried engineered
hardwood, the frame construc on and sinuous wire No-Sag and Stretch Web support systems are warranted against breakage due to defec ve material or workmanship for a lifeme.
Exposed Hardwood—Frames—Three (3) Year— Warranty applies to all chair combina ons
of Hardwood frame/upholstered product.
