TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Guarantee:
1.
The Ever-care Contract Furnishings Guarantee is part
of these Terms and Condi ons.
You will be invoiced and required to pay for
the en re order less a 5% holdback.
2.
You will be required to pay for storage. Storage costs are calculated per trailer load.
$100.00 per trailer, per day, unless other arrangements have been made. Storage costs
must be paid in advance of shipment.
Product Specifica ons:
Ever-care Case Good Specifica ons and Upholstery
Specifica ons are part of the Terms and Condi ons,
unless excep ons are stated in the Quote or Order
Confirma on.
Steps for an Order:
The following steps are part of the Terms and Condions:
1.
Ever-care prepares and signs a Quota on.
Submi ed with the Quota on are these
Terms and Condi ons, Credit Info Sheet, Request for Deposit, and Project Line Drawings.
2.
With you PO# or signed quota on, you automa cally agree to the Ever-care Terms and
Condi ons page.
3.
Acceptance of the Purchase Order is subject
to receipt of the required deposit, sa sfactory
customers, creditworthiness, and a checklist
review of all details pertaining to the order.
4.
A er accep ng the Purchase Order, and all
specific details of the project, Ever-care will
prepare an Order Confirma on. The Order
Confirma on will be sent to you with any Line
Drawings that have not been approved. You
must approve and sign the Order Confirmaon and the Line Drawings. ORDERS WILL
NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL A SIGNED CONFIRMATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED. Please cross
reference your Confirma ons to your Line
Drawings, as the signed Confirma on and
the Line Drawings become your final authoriza on and take precedence over the quotaon and Purchase Order in regards to actual
items ordered.
All Instruc ons Must be Made in Wri ng:
All orders, changes and instruc ons must be made in
wri ng. This is essen al to ensure good communicaon and minimize errors. Verbal orders, changes and
instruc ons are not valid.
Goods Remain Property of Ever-care Contract Furnishings Un l Invoices Are Paid in Full:
Ever-care Contract Furnishings retains tle to all
items delivered un l the invoices are paid in full.
Freight:
Price quotes do not include freight unless specifically
listed. All items will be blanket wrapped for shipping
unless otherwise agreed in wri ng. A freight quote is
subject to change if you change item quan ty or
shipping dates. Freight quotes are always approximate and may be subject to fuel surcharge.
Price and Currency:
1.
Prices are for quoted orders and are subject
to change if quan es and ship dates change.
2.
Prices are in currency of Canada, except for
US customers which are US currency.
Interest on Overdue Accounts:
Payment on invoices is due 20 days following dates
of invoices. Overdue amounts are subject to an interest charge of 18% per annum.
Cost of Collec on:
You are required to pay Ever-care costs incurred by
Ever-care for third par es, including client/solicitor
costs, used to assist Ever-care in the collec on of
overdue amounts.
Governing Laws:
The purchase and supply contract is made in the
jurisdic on of the Province of Saskatchewan and the
laws of the Province of Saskatchewan shall apply
exclusively.
Importance of Confirma on of Shipping Date:
Once the Shipping date is confirmed you will be required to receive the order according to the shipping
date. You can delay shipping by two weeks a er the
date, but once the two weeks period has passed:
