13. ATTACHING DEVICES
Ever-Care Contract Furnishings will supply hardware. Brackets and cleats required for
headboards and mirrors to be a ached to walls.
14. FINISHES
All materials used in the finishing of furniture will be of the highest grade of their respec ve kinds. Ever-Care Contract Furnishings uses catalyzed lacquer, which is resistant to water, alcohol, cosme cs, and even paint remover, unless le for a prolonged period of me. Skilled tradesmen apply this material. Each step of the process
is supervised, with sanding in between coats to make sure that the finish is even and
smoothly applied to produce the best possible results. All edges are sand papered for
a smooth and so ened appearance.
15. TRANSPORTATION
All items shipped by Ever-Care Contract Furnishings will be properly crated or blanket
wrapped for total protec on from damage during transporta on. Any damaged pieces
must be reported to the transport company immediately.
16. IDENTIFICATION
Tag, label or other iden fica on for each item of case pieces, with their item number,
loca on, and/or room number and/or ant other informa on will be provided only if
requested and specified by the owner or purchaser.
17. OWNER’S RESPONSIBILTY
The property is responsible to engage a properly qualified person to receive and verify
receipt of all items from transport company which were shipped by Ever-Care Contract
Furnishings and to store items with due regard for protec on from the elements, heat,
cold, humidity, fire, the and damage un l required for installa on.
