1. FRAME CONSTRUCTION
a) Kiln dried hardwood frames throughout.
b) 25 year warranty on all frames
c) Frames are doweled, glued, screwed, corner blocked, and stapled using time honored methods of frame construction.
2. FOAM
a) Seat Foam Minimum 2 LB on all upholstered goods. 2.3 LB is standard on all chairs.
b) There is foam padding on all outside frame edges.
c) All foam passes California Technical Bulletin #117 fire safety standards.
d) All seat foam has a 10 year warranty.
3. SOFABED MECHANISM
a) Leggett and Platt Classic Mechanism
b) 3 year warranty for commercial use
4. MATTRESS – FULL DOUBLE
a) 4”, 252 coil mattress
b) Available in regular, deluxe or Pillow top.
5. MODIFICATIONS
a) All regular styles available in Sofa, Mini sofa, Love seat and Chair sizes.
b) Special sizing available on request.
c) Seat foam can be ordered in regular, firm or extra firm, at no extra charge.
6. SPRINGS
a) Standard spring is the sinuous wire; #8 Gauge for the seat, #12 gauge for the backs.
b) Coil seat springs available on request.
