CITY ATTORNEY
DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
The City Attorney is appointed by and serves at the pleasure of the City Commission
and acts as legal advisor, attorney, and counselor for the City and all its officers in matters
relating to their official duties. The City Attorney represents the City in all legal
proceedings. The City currently contracts with the firm Bowen & Schroth, P.A. to provide
these services.
