(2) PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND JUSTIFICATION:
Funds required to locate and repair/replace infiltration and exfiltration issues in the sanitary sewer system. The project will include but not be limited to smoke testing, slip lining,
manhole rehab, and main repair or replacement.
Increase for 23/24 and 25/26 to include studies on sanitary sewer
system.
