PROJECT ADDITIONS/CHANGES JUSTIFICATION:
(2) PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND JUSTIFICATION:
This project will provide a 12” PVC water main from the Eastern Water Plant to the North
West section of Sorrento Pines West. This will loop the water utility for SPW. Valves will be
installed on the line and the work will be done by open trench.
