The pie chart below illustrates the anticipated revenue distribution for the FY 2023-24 budget across
various funds. Notably, the largest share of the City’s revenue, constituting 36.27%, originates from
the General Fund. Following closely, the Water & Sewer Revenue Fund accounts for the secondhighest revenue source at 20.43%. The third-ranking fund in terms of revenue is the Water & Sewer
Replacement and Renewal Fund, contributing 14.87% to the City’s total funds. Additionally, the Sales
Tax Fund comprises 8.17% of the revenue, while the Police and Fire pension Funds make up 5.15%
and 4.35%, respectively. The remaining 10.76% of revenue is distributed among Special Revenue
Funds and Trust and Agency Funds.
