Capital Assets
The City9s investment in capital assets for its governmental and business-type activities as of
September 30, 2023, amounts to $211,203,560 (net of accumulated depreciation)ÿ This investment in
capital assets includes land, infrastructure, construction work in progress, buildings, equipment, park
facilities, and roadsÿ The total net increase in the City9s investment in capital assets for the current
year was $11,761,045ÿ This increase is attributable to the Developer9s Contributions to business-type
activities and equipment additions in police, Fire, and public Works departments, see Note 6ÿ
