No hay consenso sobre el tipo de 昀椀jación que debe
utilizarse en el tratamiento de la pseudoartrosis humeral
dia昀椀saria(2, 5), si bien es cierto que la 昀椀jación interna rígida
con placa ha demostrado altas tasas de consolidación con
complicaciones relativamente bajas(2, 8).
