1 slice cheddar
cheese
Add sliced cheese to toast. Serve with halved apple.
Granola Trail Mix & Milk
WEDNESDAY
INSTRUCTIONS
3 tbsp dried
cranberries
½ cup granola
1 cup milk
2 tsp sunflower
seeds
Mix sunflower seeds with granola and cranberries. Serve milk on side.
Banana Wowbutter Roll Up
THURSDAY
INSTRUCTIONS

Wowbutter or
alternative
1 whole wheat
tortilla
Spread 1 tbsp of Wowbutter or alternative over tortilla. Place sliced banana in tortilla and wrap.
