teachers, and school programs.
The study will also provide a more thorough depiction of the twoyear leadership development program of teachers and how the program
evolves to support school environments and climate to enable a thriving
school community that supports whole child development outcomes. The
RAND Corporation will work with Teach For All and Teach For Nigeria
to share these data and evidence for policy maker audiences to learn more
about intentional teacher development programs that emphasize teacher
and student leadership and how to innovate in measurement and evaluation of whole child development through this global research program.
