The Ascend Nonprofit Center is part of a national model known as social purpose real estate.
This concept is focused on spaces that serve the common good and creating assets that
strengthen communities. Co-location of services allows for shared costs among partners, reduced
barriers for clients and enhanced collaboration among nonprofits. Successes during FY23 include:
