We’re delighted you’ve chosen to join us for the Stonebridge National Conference 2023, our
second year in Birmingham. It’s always a special occasion for us, bringing the network together
under the same roof to share knowledge and celebrate successes.
This is one of the most important events in our calendar as we get to spend time with you, our
valued business partners, and to hear so many inspiring and insightful presentations from some
of the industry’s leading 昀椀gures.
We have curated today’s agenda around the theme of growth to help protect the longevity of
your business. It also re昀氀ects our central role as your network: equipping you to enhance multiple
facets of your 昀椀rm whilst you continue to guide your clients through challenging circumstances.
Our speakers will provide various perspectives on the mortgage and housing markets. We’ll be
exploring interest rates, household incomes, the cost-of-living crisis, and how these factors
might impact transaction volumes this year. And of course, the most important regulatory shift
of recent times, The Consumer Duty, as the FCA increases principles-based regulation.
We’ll also be focusing on Buy-to-Let sector dynamics; how best to support landlords in the
current environment, and important awareness in terms of EPCs and ensuring greener homes in
the private rental sector.
We’ll end the day with a session on social media video marketing, its growing in昀氀uence on the
property and mortgage customers of tomorrow, and how you can leverage that power.
We’re also looking forward to celebrating a very successful 2022 – a year that certainly had
its ups and downs; and where we will recognise our most outstanding performers at tonight’s
awards dinner when we’ll be joined by A-List comedian and TV personality, Rob Beckett.
