Shaldon, a charming village
with great pubs, a unique
beach and a relaxed

It sits on the South West
Coast Path, and there is a
spectacular walk from
Shaldon to Labrador Bay
with views across the
coastline – on a clear day
you can see Lyme Bay.

It’s a great place to reside if
you want to access all the
great things to do in
Teignmouth, but without being
in the midst of the hustle and
bustle of the thriving town;
especially as it’s easily
accessible via the oldest
passenger ferry in England.
Shaldon is very much an
unspoilt village and as it’s not
as commercial as some other
South Devon villages, it’s the
