BABBACOMBE BEACH TORQUAY
A delightful small beach set beneath the cliffs at Babbacombe Downs.
Popular with diving groups and fishing enthusiasts. Seasonal cafe. Toilets.
Type: sand, shingle and rocky with cliffs. Access: limited - the road down
is very steep, with limited parking at the bottom with a level promenade.

BEACON COVE TORQUAY
A little haven close to Torquay harbour, its sheltered position makes it
a warm sunny spot even out of season. At the turn of the century this
beach was known as the Ladies Bathing Cove.
Type: rocky, shingle, cliffs. Access: limited - disabled access to the
promenade above the beach. Closest car park is Beacon Quay.
