look at the characters again. Make sure they are familiar with
everyone. Then turn back to this page and have them match the name tags to the owners.

Curriculum:
SI: Students will answer questions about
familiar topics.
P: Students will describe people.
Each student is to make a name tag, writing a sentence that
describes him/herself, but without his/her name on it.
Collect the name tags and put them all in a bag. Have each
student pull out one from the bag. The student reads the
sentence. The class has to guess who that person is. Hand the name tag to the student and have
him/her write his/her name on the name tag.
Extra Activity
Another enjoyable activity for all the students would be for you to collect all the tags and stick them
on the students’ backs, making sure not to put the student’s own name on him / her. Then each
student has to figure out who he/she is by asking his/her friends questions:
Am I a boy or a girl?
What’s the first letter of my name?
What do I like?
