Workbook (pages 10-11)
Activity 1
• Copy the shapes at the bottom of page 10 onto the board.
• Now ask students to open the Workbook to page 10 and tell them to copy the shapes
at the bottom of the page onto the BINGO board above, in any order they choose.
Explain that they can draw each shape only once and they must draw every shape.
• Point to a shape on the board and tell students to trace the same shape on their bingo
boards with a red crayon.
• In order to win, students need to trace all the shapes in one line (row, column or
diagonal). The first player to trace over all three shapes in one line calls out ‘Bingo’
and he/she is the winner.
Activity 2
• Open the Workbook to page 11.
• Have students color the shape(s) that look(s) the same as the shape on the left at the
beginning of each row.
• Explain that the shape may be shown in a different position, such as upside down or
sideways.
