I. Introductions and Greetings

"Days of the Week" (song #1.34)
- Ask: What day is today? What day was yesterday? What day is
tomorrow?
- Review all the days of the week together with the class.
Parts of the Body - Review

Hang the puppet poster on the board.
- Put wordcards under each part of the body.
- Point to the beginning letter of each word stressing the sound (head, face,
mouth, ears, eyes, hands, fingers, toes, legs).

- Tell pupils: This is our morning exercise. Everyone stand up and run in
place.
- Tell pupils to do what you do while running in place.
- Tell them: Jump on two feet, jump on one foot, wiggle your fingers,
touch your back, bend your knees, etc.
- Use the vocabulary and movements learned in the last lesson.
- End with touch your head and touch your toes. Repeat several times.

Matrix Combination Game (game #32)
- Draw a table on the board according to the example below.
- Draw different parts of the body in the column on the left.
- Put number cards in the top row.
- Put color cards in the second row.
- Read the matrix. Say: I see 4 black fingers. Mark X in the correct box in
the table.
- Now say: I see 5 green fingers. Have a pupil come to the board and
mark X in the correct box.
