Numbers 16-20
- Put number flashcards from 11-15 on the board and ask pupils to tell you
the numbers.
- Add the flashcards for numbers 16-20.
- Count together with pupils. Point out that 16-19 sound the same as the
small numbers 6-9 but with teen added at the end of the word.
- Put the numbers on the board in the wrong order. Have a pupil come to the
board, correct the order and say the numbers.
- Do this several times.

- Gesture with your hands to illustrate big and small. Encourage pupils to
imitate you.

- Discuss the results with the class.

- Together with pupils, read aloud the letters at the top of the page (big A,
small a; big B, small b; big C, small c, etc.).
- Complete the page according to instructions.
- Review the work with pupils.
Parts of the Body - Review

Hang the puppet poster on the board.
- Put wordcards under each part of the body.

- Point to the beginning letter of each word stressing the sound (head, face,
mouth, ears, eyes, hands, fingers, toes, legs).
Chant with pupils: The letter is I, the sound is /i/ - Italy, igloo.
