178. This task can serve as an opportunity for interdisciplinary work, to be done in cooperation with
the drama teacher in the school.

Have pupils perform their skits for their groupmates or the class.

Have pupils follow the instructions to complete the performance-based task (PBT). Have pupils assess
their work by completing the performance task checklist on page 286 of the Workbook.

The pupils' work may then be displayed in an English corner in the classroom. Draw pupils' attention
to the board once it is complete and be sure to praise pupils for their work.
Use the Performance Task Rubric in Appendix III b to assess the pupils' work.

Have pupils complete the unit self-assessment for self-evaluation in the Workbook on page 179.

Show the images on the Unit 3 cover page (page 99). Elicit what pupils remember from the unit,
including themes, vocabulary, texts, stories, etc. Ask pupils:
