WKBK: Then have them turn to page 203 in the workbook and do
exercise 2.

7. Word Workout!
. Have the students write the correct word to complete each sentence in their notebooks.
Encourage them to write the entire sentence.

. Have the students use the new words from part and write a sentence for each word in
their notebooks. They should write different sentences than the ones in the previous
exercise.
8. Let’s Write!
Have the students write messages on the shirts to make
them ‘smart’ shirts. They should write a different
message for each time of day.

workbook and do exercise 3.
