Say: Open your Course Books to page 261. Look at #6.

Show pupils that the e-mail has a receiver's e-mail address (to Abby), but it is
missing a subject.
Give pupils a few minutes to do this on their own or with a partner. Pupils
can use the phrases in the word bank to complete the e-mail.
Reveal to check answers. When pupils are finished, ask volunteers to read the e-mail to the class.
