Say: Number the pictures in the order they happen before, during, and after
the people clean the beach.

Give pupils a few minutes to do this on their own or with a partner.

Reveal to check answers. When pupils are finished, ask a volunteer to say a
sentence for each image. For example, pupils may say:
1 The beach is not clean.
2 The people find garbage on the beach and put it in bags.
3 The beach is clean.

name of the event and include a time and date on their post and draw a picture of what will
happen at the event.
