Say: Open your Course Books to page 114. Look at #1.

Say: Look at the pictures. Who do you see? (Elicit: I see mother, father, sister,
brother.)

Say: Listen and sing the song "Mother is in the Bedroom." Write the room each
family member is in according to the song. Use the word box to help you.
Match each person to what they do.

Give pupils some time to write the rooms and match.

Play the song again to have pupils check their answers.
•
Challenge a strong class to do a challenge task.
•
Read the tongue twister together with the pupils: Put the clothes in the closet and close the door.

Ask: Can you say the tongue twister five times fast?

Give pupils a few minutes to practice with a partner. Ask some volunteers to try in front of the class.

Say: Open your Course Books to page 115. Look at #2.

Say: Read the sentences and match them with the correct room of the house by
writing the number in the box. Then, copy what you do in each room on the
line.

Have different pupils read the sentences from the different rooms of the house.
