16. The Cube Game
• Toss the Game Cube to a pupil and have the pupil show the side that lands facing
him/herself.
• Have the pupil say the color, the number, or the emotion on the cube.
• Have the pupils toss the cube back to you or to another pupil.
• Repeat with as many pupils as time allows.
17. Roll the Dice
• Show 6 flashcards with the numbers 1-6 under each picture.
• Toss the Game Cube and have pupils say the correct word according to the number
it lands on. Repeat a few times with the whole class.
• Have a volunteer roll the dice and say the word they land on.
• Repeat with as many pupils as time allows.
• To play again, mix the cards on the board so that the numbers change.
18. Quick Flash
• Quickly flash a card to the pupils, then turn it face down so the picture is not visible.
• Elicit the word from the pupils. Reveal the card if they have answered correctly.
• Flash the card again if pupils have answered incorrectly.
• Repeat to practice all the words.
