page to ask questions about the plot and characters to check understanding.
Do the gestures and animals noises for each verse of the song and have pupils copy
you.
For each verse, ask about each animal or ask pupils to predict the next animal in the
song. Practice the lexical chunks pupils have learned in English: What is this?
