Use Max the Puppet to greet the pupils and say: Hello, good morning. How are you?
(Elicit: I am fine, thank you.)
Go around the room with Max and ask the pupils: How do you feel? (Elicit: I feel
happy/sad/angry/surprised.)

Tell pupils they will be hearing a story. Say the title of the story: Old MacDonald
Elicit and have pupils point to any vocabulary on the book cover, for example: farm,
cow, horse, mouse, hen, etc.
