Go around the room and have Max ask different pupils:
Hello, what is your name? (Elicit: My name is…)
How are you? (Elicit: I am fine, thank you.)

Sing “Hello, My Name is” (song #1.1)
II. Vocabulary
Review
•
Review the vocabulary using the flashcards: family, father, mother, brother, sister,
baby.
Ask: Who remembers? (Elicit the words.)
Have pupils repeat the words.
Song
•
Sing “1, 2, 3 Little Children” (song #1.28) to review the numbers.
New
•
Teach the new vocabulary using the flashcards.
Present each card one at a time and say the words: beautiful, world, legs, sun,
sky.
Have pupils repeat the words.
