Play the game with the vocabulary: airplane, bus, car, bicycle, ship, train.
Show a covered flashcard with only one corner visible.
Ask: What is this?
Have pupils guess the word. If they don’t know, reveal another corner.
Continue until they get the answer correct, then reveal the whole card.
Repeat with all the words.

Show flashcards one at a time and ask: Can you come by

Choose a positive or negative response based on how you can come to school.
Show ‘airplane’ flashcard and ask: Can you come by (airplane)?
Have the pupils respond based on how they can come school: Yes, I can. / No, I
can’t.
Repeat for each word.
