Henry:
Sara:
Sara, you have to think. Where did you leave your camera?
Yeah, Sara. Tell us where you were. Where did you go first?
Well, first I went to take pictures of the zebras. Suddenly, a zebra started running
very fast. He was running after me. I started running, too.
Lucy:
What? A zebra was running after you?
Sara:
Yes, I ran and ran until I came to the hippos. I wanted to take a picture of them in
the water.
Henry:
Did you take a picture of the hippos?
Sara:
No, I didn't take their picture. They were playing in the dirty water. I went near
them and I got all wet and dirty.
Lucy:
Oh no! What did you do after you saw the hippos?
Sara:
I walked away but then I saw a giraffe standing there. I waited and waited but he
did not go away. Then, I saw that he was sleeping!
Henry:
What? He was sleeping when he was standing up?
Sara:
Yes, giraffes sleep standing up. But they only sleep 20 minutes a day.
Lucy:
Well, did you take a picture of the giraffes?
Sara:
Yes! Yes I did! And then I put the camera in the bag.
Henry:
Then, what happened?
Sara:
Well, I was hungry so I took my sandwich out of the bag and sat down to eat it.
Henry and Lucy: And…..
Sara:
Then, I wanted to see the monkeys. They play in the trees all the time
and do funny things. I wanted to take their picture.
