Explain that pupils will now do an activity to see how much they remember.
•
Say: Open your Course Books to page 31.
•
Say: Write your name in English. Show them where. Pupils can copy their name
from their name cards.

Say: Listen and circle.

3. Circle the word that begins with the sound /b/.
4. Circle the three boys.
5. Circle 'help.'
6. Circle "The ball is under the tree."

Collect the assessments. After the lesson, mark the assessments on the Summary

Tell pupils that you are so proud of them and how well they are doing in English.

Now you want to find out how they feel about learning English.

Explain that learning language takes time and everyone learns at a different pace, but
in the end we all learn.

Tell pupils they will assess how well they think they do the different things they have
learned in this unit. Tell them: What you think and feel about your learning is very
important.
