Play the game to review and practice the vocabulary: hot, cold, sun, sky, rain,
clouds, wind, umbrella, jacket, scarf, hat.
Flip all the cards so the picture is not visible.
Quickly flash a card to the pupils, and then turn it back around.
Ask: What is it?
Have the pupils guess what they saw: (Elicit: It is (a)…)
If the pupils guess correctly, turn the card around to show the picture. Say and
have pupils repeat: It is (a)…
If the pupils do not guess correctly, flash the card and have pupils guess again.
Repeat with all the cards.
