Have pupils repeat the words.

Say: Look out the window. Is it hot or cold today? (Elicit: It's hot/cold.)

Point to ‘sun’ and ask: Is it hot or cold? (Elicit: It's hot.)
Point to ‘clouds,’ ‘rain,’ and 'wind' and ask: Is it hot or cold? (Elicit: It's cold.)
