Max says: Good morning. How are you?
Have the pupils respond together: I am fine, thank you. How are you?
Max: I am fine, thank you.

Sing “Good Morning, School” (song #1.37)
Vocabulary
Game
•
Stop Me When… (game #6)
Play the game to review the vocabulary: head, face, hair, eyes, nose, mouth, ears,
legs, hand, arms, feet, tail, tall, fat, big, small.
Review the words using the flashcards before playing the game.
Say: Stop me when you see (hair).
Start showing the flashcards one at a time. Keep showing the flashcards until the
pupils shout "Stop!"
Ask: What is this? (Elicit and have pupils point to the correct body part: This is
(hair).)
Repeat with all the words.

Teach and sing “Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes” (song #2.8)
•
Have pupils spread out so they will not touch one another. Do the actions as
prompted by the song and have the pupils copy you.
