Repeat for the other colors.

Show the cover page of the digital story Bookworm's Library.

Say: The name of the story is Bookworm's Library.
•
Point to Bookworm and say: This is Bookworm.
•
Ask: Where is Bookworm? (Elicit: Bookworm is in the library.)
•
What else is in the library? (Elicit: books)
What do you see? (Elicit: I see (a) girl, books, bag, library, door, window.)
How does Bookworm feel? (Elicit: Bookworm feels happy.)
Say: This is a story about books in the library.

First Reading

Play the story Bookworm's Library all the way through.

After reading, ask questions related to the story:
What books are in the library? (Elicit some answers: funny books, sad books,
scary books, big books, small books, etc.). Reword the pupils response by saying:
There are… Have pupils repeat.
Do you read books from the library? What books do you read?
