Ask:
What does the title mean?
What new invention do you think we will be talking about?

Have the students look at the picture.
Ask:
Where are we? (Professor Sparky’s workshop)
What are some of the inventions you see here? (Go over all the items: Eye
See You – Robotic Eye, Robotic Clock, Floating Chair, MoCa – Mobile Camera,
Robotic Lizard, Pedal-Power Green Bike.)
Encourage the students to describe them in English as much as they can and
say what they think they do. Help students with whatever language they
don’t know.
Which one do you think is for Kate? (Have students guess.)
Why do you think it is for Kate? (Accept all logical answers.)
Ask:
What do you think MoCa can do? (Accept all logical answers.)
Why do you think it’s called a mobile camera?
(Accept all logical answers.)

Have the students read the rap and guess what invention Sparky is talking about.
