the steps that they should or ought
to have taken as a director in order
to make himself or herself aware of
any relevant audit information and to
establish that the Group’s statutory
auditor is aware of that information.
So far as the directors are aware,
there is no relevant information of
which the Group’s statutory auditor
is unaware.
Auditor
In accordance with Section 383(2)
of the Companies Act 2014, EY were
appointed as Group external auditor
on 1 May 2020, with effect for the
financial year ending 31 December
2020 and will continue in office.
