cancer patients and their loved ones.
Our mission is discovery
OUR GOAL IS TO CURE CANCER
A collaborative joint effort in computational
bioinformatics—or combinations of statistics,
biology, computer science, mathematics, and
engineering to analyze and interpret complex
biological datasets—is underway between
Purdue and Indiana University. The goal:
provide individualized and precise cancerrelated care based on how a person’s genes
react to different treatment plans.
