The Angel Hotel is a member of
the prestigious UK Tea Guild having
held an ‘Award of Excellence’ every
year since 2008. Only nine hotels
outside of London have achieved
this, and in 2011 The Angel was the
proud recipient of The Tea Guild’s
top national award, the ‘Oscar’ of
the tea world.

MAIN COURSES
The history of the Angel Hotel
can be traced back to the early
1700’s. It was later used as a
coaching inn servicing the route
to Milford Haven before its
retirement, partly due to the
advent of the steam engine.
The current owners acquired the
hotel in 2003, and set about
carefully refurbishing it room by
room whilst all the time keeping
it open for business. Along with
a restaurant, bar and tea room,
the hotel has 31 bedrooms and 4
cottages, plus 3 private dining
and event spaces.
